I have been in the IT industry for 17 years and fortunately I am still challenging myself to make a difference. Not only in my daily activities, but also within the lives that I interact with. The biggest reward is giving to another person and I am honored to be in a position to help better lives around me and on my teams. I am the "Get 'er done" type of person and this attitude or drive is what opens most doors for me. Yes, like most I have bit off more than I can chew but I have never quit and always found a way to use my resources around me to accomplish the challenge successfully.
