SFU Report
At the request of Simon Fraser University's Assistant Registrar, I wrote a report on their Academic Calendar. SFU had contracted with an American company to simplify the online updating and maintenance of Calendar content. RESULT: A market analysis of Governet, review of SFU's business processes, along with recommendations and project management templates. The report was praised as succinct and providing critical information in their negotiations.
