With 7 years plus experience as Software Engineer in IT industry. Started working on ServiceNow since 2014, prior that have worked as developer on Microsoft Technologies. Interest to Service-now and prior experience has help me learn Service-now Architecture & Platform as ease. Today as a Certified ServiceNow Developer I have strong understanding & working experience in ITIL, ITSM & CMDB Space. Have done multiple On-site visits to interact with client and understand business requirements. I have been working on different technologies during my tenure at various organizations and can impart those skills and expertise in developing and administering an organization’s infrastructure. I am able to explain technical terms in ease to understand. I am well organized and proficient at managing multiple demands without compromising service standards.
