I am a native American English speaker that also speaks proficient Spanish. I have been coding in some language or another for over a decade and am proficient in C++, PHP, SQL, Perl, Ruby, Bash/shell language, awk, and JavaScript, as well as am able to create well-formed HTML 4 and 5 pages from scratch with a simple text editor. I am comfortable in a UNIX-like environment and its terminal, and have a mastery of the Windows NT-based operating systems from 2000 to 7.
