My 3 Activity Areas, All focused upon the dynamics of People with workplace and community environments. 1) Commercial Intervention - direct working in real-time situations and environments to identify and address blocked or inhibited behaviour, which is impacting upon Change, Improvement or Turnaround initiatives. 2) Community Intervention - direct working with individuals and families to coach and support efforts to improve and turnaround relationships and interactions. 3) Public Speaking - bringing the fascinating subject of the People Factor to audiences, to help them better understand the dynamics that exist around them and how to navigate and influence the impact.

I'm a People Specialist focusing upon the complex areas of thinking and emotions, within real-time situations and environments where results matter. Established in the EU as a Commercial Interventionist, I support organisational leaders and specialist consulting teams in their design and delivery of Change, Turnaround and Improvement. I also provide Transition Coaching and Interventions for individuals and families within communities to improve interactions and relations. By working with "Hearts and Minds" I determine and influence, then address blocked engagement, performance or progress, caused by inhibiting behaviour. This is what I call the People Factor.. An incisive and dynamic provider, my specialist interventions re-engineer situations and environments, often when a lack of people buy-in or engagement is causing tangible issues, or when conflict, resistance or inhibiting behaviours exist and are impacting upon performance, stability and growth..
