Jbreeze began his pursuit of music and sound in Oklahoma where he was a producer and artist in the Oklahoma City group Tri-Nitty. After several years of making records, performing and hosting shows, he joined up with B-lew and O.C. Riddlez and revived the sleeping label Grip Records with his line of Griptapes. Griptapes featured artists from coast to coast, including 4 Griptapes with Atlanta Hip-Hop artist Losky. Jbreeze has hand-sold over 10,000 units of his Griptapes and over 15,000 digital downloads to date. Jbreeze developed a love for engineering and decided to go to School at the Art Institute of Atlanta, where he graduated with a B.A. in Audio Engineering and Production and is currently finishing his Masters in Entertainment Business. He has developed a passion for sound design and motion scoring including video game sound and web design sound effects. JBreeze has many facets of the audio industry that interest him but none more than producing and writing songs. Justin opened up his own studio, 177 Studios, in downtown Atlanta community of peoples town in the fall of 2010. JBreeze also writes and produces on the writing team Damies & Runnies and started DNR Music Publishing with his 3 writing partners. They are currently working on projects with Musiq Soulchild, Ceelo Green, QT Jazz and recently scored a 30 for 30 ESPN Documentary entitled "Benji", winning 'Best of the Best" at Tribecca Film Festival. He is currently working with Losky on his debut album "1 AM". JBreeze is an accomplished mixing engineer and has mixed several independent albums from coast to coast. JBreeze Plans to continue his journey in the music industry with aspirations of one day being a top mogul similar to the likes of Jimmy Iovine or Clive Davis.
