For many years I was a subeditor with a newspaper group (11 papers each week), responsible for checking copy and writing headlines. I currently proofread the magazine, Financial and Business Advisor, on a regular basis, I am also an author, having had eleven novels published and two more contracted for publication. I also taught romance writing for a New Zealand writing institute, which has now disappeared, and am at present updating the course to offer it myself.
