Jeevith K.

Hi, my name is Jeevith Suryakanth, a highly-skilled professional visual effects Matchmove lead. I had been in this industry for over 14 years, primarily in feature films visual effects studios like Moving Picture Company, DNEG, and Method Studios in Montreal, and most recently with WeFX Studios in Toronto. At WeFX, besides handling the team, I also helped the production department in bidding the shots and made sure all the shots were delivered as per the schedule. Alongside, I was responsible for QC'ing the shots that were outsourced to a vendor as well as the shots worked on in-house. In my past experience at DNEG, apart from leading the team, I was also completely in charge and responsible for training fresh artists in camera tracking and rotoAnimation to the production level. I trained 15 artists per batch, with a target of completing four batches in 8 weeks, and I was totally successful in accomplishing this task. Over the years, through my work experience, I was able to refine my skills, as well as develop new workflows and processes to streamline my work within different pipelines. My passion for my work, attention to detail, artistic eye, and swift ability to adapt to different workflows were skills I took pride in. With my keen ability to evolve and complete VFX projects, combined with my steadfast commitment to top-notch quality and production, I was prepared to excel in providing outstanding services to your company. I looked forward to discussing the position and my qualifications in detail. Demoreel: [login to view URL] LinkedIn : [login to view URL]
