I write short stories in my spare time and am currently working on my first novel. I was previously an IT user support specialist for over 7 years, with intermediate-advanced skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Excel VBA, PowerPoint). I served as the head of an outsourced service desk team which catered to over 2,000 employees. This role contributed greatly to my proficiency in analyzing data, creating reports, and writing business documents like processes, inter-office memos, business cases, and correspondences with service providers and contractors. I have a background in sales and small business management. I also have over 5 years experience as an administrator of ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
