very fast freelancer!

2nd time using freelancer, Excellent Programmer and quality of Work is excellent! However Few Concerns with the Freelancer - Communication was not good as the Freelancer did not understand the project fully so he did something then had to redo the entire thing due to misunderstanding what we wanted which added more time - Freelancer did not estimate time and effort correctly of the of the job thus was not delivered on budget - as mentioned on the email any additional work or changes require you need to notify the client straight away for approval and not go ahead then unexpectedly charge them for it later But i would definately hire hassan again he is an excellent and knowledgable freelancer and very quick turn around, but definately need to imrpove on communication and understanding what the client requires But excellent freelancer and would hire hassan again!! Thanks and look forward to working with you!
