Work as consulter (when it is required) in any kind of things that customers/internal customers wants (find for the best way to meet with customer requirements) respect to: KOFAX, DRCI, Advanced Validations (Script/DB), special releases, Barcode, OCR, Document/Form Identification, etc.; working with IMs, TPMs, Operations Managers, etc., support different type of solutions in three platforms: KOFAX (9.0, 8.0, 7.5) + [SBL Scripting or Vb .NET projects) - For advanced validations and advanced database validations, Custom Workflow agents using C# scripts. Develop document capture solutions (In KOFAX Capture) in various lines of business, review/design specifications (having the customer requirements/system limitations), help to Implementation Managers/Technical Project Managers in different tasks: to complete documentation, training on different solutions, review old projects, provides LOEs and Deployment Dates, etc. Part of L4 group for supporting purposes: Reproduce errors (QA environment), design temporal solutions (if it is required by a specific customer to meet with SLA), design/develop break fixes and provide the final solution to resolve issues in production [with the correct approvals].
