Karen K.

I have over 20 years of IT experience and many strengths and skills to bring to the table. I worked for Municipal Market Data (Thomson Reuters) for 15 years in the IT department. I started out as a Junior Software Developer and later grew into Senior Software Developer and manager. During the past 5 years I've branched out into other technology related fields in the freelancing world. In roles such as customer and technical support, project management, administrative assistant, QA testing and managing offshore talent I've gained invaluable experience and honed many of my existing IT skills. I am mature and confident and take my career seriously. My employers know me as professional, resourceful and having great communication skills.
