We need a motion graphic in Adobe After Effects. They will resemble a simple speech bubble (see attached PSD). It will pop up larger and then grow smaller. Here is an example of the exact effect: http://www.springboardplatform.com/mediaplayer/springboard/video/sk032/58/493097/ Effect at 0:17 and 0:37 This is the same motion effect and does not change. Only the graphic changes. Effect must be identical (please note the effect is a little bouncy when larger and then growing smaller). Should take about 15-20 minutes to create the effect for an experience user of After Effects.
