In the process, I have written technical reports and project deliverable reports; conducted researches, diagnosis of city emergency management systems, and analysis of data; developed work plans, tools, products, budgets, plans; designed the layout of emergency operations centers, brochures, knowledge products, and presentations; coordinated inputs from a team of consultants; supervised performance of the project team; and coordinated with project partners.
