I've been with the industry for almost 6 years. I started as an agent for a payday loan campaign for 6 months then I decided to look for a home based job where I was a virtual assistant and a SEO account manager for 2 years. After 2 years working at home i decided to apply as an customer service / outbound sales agent, after 6 moths being the top agent I was promoted to be a Team Leader to handle 15 people for a certain campaign where after 3 months the client decided to add more people and to promote me as a Manager and Trainer for all the new campaign that we will handle. I handled different campaigns such as Solar, Drug Litigation, Mobile Apps, Sprint - Collections and different appointments setting campaigns. I was also assigned as a Regional Accounts Manager for a startup company in one of the provinces here in the Philippines. I handled 35 agents including their training and the whole operations.
