In addition to her professional work history, her educational profile includes an M.B.A. (magna cum laude) from Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD; a B.S. in Pre-Law and Business Management from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC); and Paralegal Certification from UMUC. Ms. Smith has over 20 years of real-world consulting and law firm experience, serving the private, non-profit, and government sectors. For more than 10 years, I served as a Senior Legal Assistant/Paraprofessional for a prestigious, heavy litigation law firm in Washington, DC, and for 8 year, I worked for a well-known scientific consulting firm.
