At Pigma VM Studio we attend the visual merchandising needs of each brand. We create strategies to stimulate our client’s customer in store applying visual merchandising tools. Analyzing layout, sales per square meter, current exhibition and other factors that can affect sales and the way the brand is perceived, we present a strategy to the client that would include exhibition design, sensorial experience and ongoing monitoring and rotation.

Applied the visual merchandising guidelines across victoria in brands such as Lacoste, Diesel, Nike, Ben Sherman, LEE, Reebok, Nautica and more in department stores and retail stores. I was in charge of the communication of the visual merchandising standards of each brand, I made sure the stock rotation was being done accordingly to reports to optimize sales per square meter, I supervised the exhibition design and maintenance of the brands.
