In the First Level the most important area is the Great Room (Kitchen and, Living / Dining Area) that make a very nice social space, sharing it with the Terrace and the Swimming Pool, also this level has a Car Port for four cars, a Services Area (Services Suit Bedroom and Laundry) and, a Guest Suit Bedroom.
