Resume Sourcing
I was working with UK's famous recruitment company "Webrecruit" run by famous James Caan in an offshore outsourcing office in Lahore Pakistan named GreenwichBell Resource Pvt. Ltd. First I got job description from client, then make boolean string and apply on Job Boards to get as much resumes I can on a vacancy, then shortlisting the candidates for profiling, after candidate's approval, send resume to end client. Sometimes when not getting good resumes from Job Boards with boolean string, then advertise this job on all available Job Boards. Job Boards we use for Webrecruit are: Monster, Jobsite, Hotonline, CW Jobs, Sales Target, Total Jobs, Career Builder, Dice etc....
