Hi, I'm an upcoming author and I have an uncanny urge to pen my thoughts rather than speaking out directly. This may be the reason why I manage to write well and hasten up my thoughts while using a pen and a paper. Now, with the coming of laptops and the unfortunate trashing of paper, I have no choice but to make do with the electronic medium. Not that it hurts as it saves trees, nonetheless it succeeds in leaving a slight gap that can never be filled by all the cement in this world. I've written a non fiction book on Call Centers titled Winning@ Call Center, published by Wisdom Tree, in the year 2007. In May 2009, I'd be coming out with a series on children fiction. I have written thousands of articles for various top clients, such as Mercy Matthews,Moutsourse, Mammon and Vpromice. I have also written academic articles adn research papers for BomSolutions, AcademicSearch and various individual clients.
