Hi, I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated IT professional possessing a wealth of technical and creative skills across multiple disciplines, with experience in a senior role and particular expertise in both Web Design and IT Support. I am keen, ambitious and immerse myself in the projects I am working on. I have worked in a senior roles including one as a Web Master and IT Administrator. I have a vast amount of experience and continue to develop my managerial skills. I have broad ranging design skills acquired from a comprehensive BSc (Hons) degree and both exceptional IT support and customer service skills gained from a previous desktop support role. It is in utilising these abilities that I believe I will be able to contribute extensively to the objectives of any company or individual. Some of my specific skills are as follows: - Very computer literate with a typing speed of approximately 50 wpm with high accuracy. - Well-versed in range of software, including Adobe Creative Suite 3, Microsoft Office, Pinnacle Studio and 3DS Max. - Proficient in HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver templates, image optimisation and mathematics. - Digital Photography. - Extremely reliable, responsible, patient and conscientious. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. Mark.

This is my first role after leaving the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme. Continuing my work within the ICT Services Directorate at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. I work across sites but normally based at the Queens Medical Centre campus. In this role I continue to work on the Trust’s deployment of the Medway PAS (Patient Administration System), this being the first step towards a full Electronic Health Record over the next 5 years. The Trust currently employs 13000 staff with around 6000 staff who will be impacted by the deployment. The project involves moving from two separate legacy systems across two campuses to a single system. I sit within the Business Change and Continuity workstream on the project, helping to ensure that key project milestones are met. I work closely with the many Healthcare specialties that the Hospitals provides ensuring the new system is fit for purpose and that the identified benefits for both staff and patients are realised when the new system goes live in Autumn 2013. In addition to this I also volunteered to act as PPI (Patient and Public Involvement) Coordinator for the project and have recruited a total of 5 Patient Representatives to give input into the project. Overall, it is a high profile project that is rich with development opportunities. You can find the website here: http://www.nuh.nhs.uk
