Sarajevo Roses Logo Design
Logo design for "Sarajevo Roses", a documentary by Roger M. Richards about a doctor who survives siege of Sarajevo, Bosnia, and embarks on a spiritual quest to find inner peace and to help others heal from the demons of violence and war. During the four-year siege, hundreds of thousands of bombs rained down on Sarajevo, each shell leaving a crater in the pavement in a shape resembling a rose. The rose shaped craters have been colored red in remembrance of those who lost their lives. For this logo design, it was important to include illustration of the symbolic "rose". Designed while working at Ullman Design.
