Krawl Board
Desiging longboards gave me a lot of creative freedom. This design for Ghost was a leap in quality for our product. I wanted to do a hand drawn full length design but it's hard to large scale scans without paying an exorbitant amount of money. To get around this I broke the drawing up into four parts and composited them later to get it to match the length of the board without sacrificing resolution and detail.

Hi, I'm Michael Pehel and I have spent the majority of my life growing and evolving with my creative pursuits. I've heard that the best job is where your talents and your interests meet, but that never prepared me for the sense of accomplishment that comes when truly satisfying a client with a completed project. My primary skills are in Photoshop and Illustrator. I also have experience in video editing, sound design, eCommerce store set up, product photography, and writing copy for blogs.
