I have the motivation , skills and commitement to be an efficient customer service agent. I love to help people, I am dedicated to my work and it makes me proud to solve customer's problems. I can quickly adapt to a company's policy and I make it a personal comittement to learn fast all there is to know about the company , it's vision, it's products/services so I can provide a top-quality customer service. For me ,being a customer service representative means that the company is counting on me to maintain it's image and it's revenues and this makes my job very important. I have broadband internet connection , I'm good with windows and other computer software, I can adapt to any schedule and I can spend as much as 10 hours/day in front of my computer , or more when needed.
