Working Experience with The People’s University of Bangladesh August 01, 2005 to till date I am working with “The People’s University of Bangladesh’ as a part time Lecturer”. Responsibilities: * Monitoring & Supervision of Student performance. * Taken the class, class test, midterm, practical and semester final examination. * Activate the students in different Govt. hospital of Dhaka for practical sessions. * To initiate the student shearing knowledge with others university student. * Activate the students in different cultural programme. * Progress Monitoring & Feedback of student. * To organized & Participate in case Presentation. Working Experience with PROSHIKA September 16, 2007 to till date I am working with “PROSHIKA A centre for human development” as an Associate Co-ordinator” in Disability and Development Programme. Responsibilities: * Supervise & monitoring all activities of Disability Development Worker (DDW) related to giving therapy & assessment in the community for Disability Health services. * Provide technical support to field based Disability Development Worker (DDW) to improve their skill. * Field data collections & report writing of the programme activities. * Monitoring monthly progress of the DDW and help those to prepare a monthly progress report. * Organized & manage Special disability Health camp in the rural area with the help of DDW. * To give the training of DDW for necessary step in reducing the disability and giving the home therapy. * To prepare the different training module, flip chart, poster and design a programme for the awareness of disability in the community and ensure their rights and prevent negative attitude with them. * To work with different government & Non-government Organization and to make a network for established disability rights and their rehabilitation. * To assist the DDW in disability activity planner, budget, preparing different report, collecting information and case study. * Assist project co-ordinator in preparing monthly and annual budget & report. * To ensure emergency medical services in case of different natural disaster. * To take a necessary step for the study & future life of disability. Working Experience with Dhaka Community Hospital (DCH) Worked in “Dhaka Community Hospital’ as a Physiotherapist” from August 01, 2006 to October 01, 2007. Responsibilities: * Clinical practice with professional standard and gain knowledge in different condition. * Attend daily/weekly audit and general meeting. * Participate in professional skill development seminar. * To ensure indoor/OPD patient management. * Participate in clinical case presentation. * Participate & organized Physiotherapy campaign different place of Bangladesh. * Monitoring & supervision of ICHB (Institute of Community Health of Bangladesh) student performance. * Work with case study & research. Working Experience with BSMMU Worked in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) as an Honorary Physiotherapist from January 27, 2005 to July 31, 2005. Responsibilities: * Participate overall scienthefic seminar in auditorium hall. * Confidentially seen the referred patients of Neuro-medicine, Neuro-surgery, orthopedics & others department which need physiotherapy. * Monitoring and supervision of all electrotherapy instrument in department. * Huge number of patient are manage in office time. Working Experience with Samia Nursing Home Worked in Samia Nursing Home as a Clinical Physiotherapist from January 01, 2003 to September 30, 2006. Responsibilities: * Established a Physiotherapy department in Samia Nursing Home. * Shearing Knowledge with others doctor & Co-peration in treatment of patient. * Monitoring and supervision of technicians training. * Ensure Disable & CP patients management. * Ensure the management of Physiotherapy in Gynaecological Condition. * To ensure indoor/OPD patient management.
