In my career of more than 27 years, I have turned around all the organisations I have worked with. Starting with 1 - In the year 1995 I completed my graduation and joined my uncle in his business of supplying welding equipment to different development projects. within 7 years, he had an oxygen factory and had completed mega projects like three cement factories, one fibre plant, one hydro power plant and one project of bringing water from a water reservoir 50 km away. 2 - Headed Operations in a startup DSL internet provider from 2002, where the organisation was profitable within 15 months of launch and became the biggest DSL operator in 3 years. Later it was acquired by Link Dot Net - Orascom 3 - Launched the first IPTV in Asia from the incumbent Telecom Operator in 2008, Over saw the sales of DSL internet where I had setup the reseller networks to become the world number 1 broadband growing country in the world in 2009 with 1.5 million new xDSL sales within 2 years. Then developed the CRM for customers through process development on Siebel Systems. Later had the communication system developed though a local developer that could communicate with customers on emails, SMS and WhatsApp for bills and other integrated services 4 - Joined in 2020. Turned around a self business generating Welfare Foundation through business development in GPON network services within 2 years despite Covid challenges. To Summarise, I would rate myself as a highly motivated, high initiative team player with out of box solutions and quick deployments
