Over the past 30 years, I have acquired valuable experience in the graphic design, marketing and home design fields. I have won several Addy awards for Web site design and hold a Certified Aging-in-Place (CAPS) designation from the National Association of Home Builders and a certification in Chief Architect architectural design. From 1979 through 1991, I was an owner of an advertising agency, Communication Ink in Los Angeles, CA, art director of Baseball Today Magazine and publisher of South Bay Living Magazine. In 1995 my son and I founded Mediapulse web development company in Knoxville, Tennessee designing sites for clients such as Singer Sewing Company, Siemens International, DENSO Manufacturing Tennessee, Jim Barna Log Homes, Regal Entertainment Group and Ty Pennington just to name just a few. Semi-retired since 2005, I have freelanced from home serving many clients in the area. My skills include print design (brochures, flyers, signage, billboards, & advertisements), corporate identity packages, logo design, publication design, web site development (design/build, maintenance, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, hosting, updates and redesigns). For home builders and architects I offer 3D renderings from blueprints. This enables a new home or addition to be visualized before it is built! This is done with static renderings and also animated flybys and walk throughs. I also offer universal design services modifying home floor plans to be accessible and adaptable for seniors and handicapped.
