We have a BigCommerce site that needs to be optimized for page load time • $210 USD

This project is extremely overdue and the contractor has become unresponsive. He implemented some changes that broke our site so they had to be reverted. We've also noticed a spike in abandoned carts. I would like to cease the contract and put someone else on this that will be timely and clearly understands the project.
