I have been a Cold caller for real estate for 3 years and has been able to use different predictive dialers such as Ready Mode Xencall, Batch Dialers, and Calltools. My main job is to call Homeowners and see if they would consider selling their property or if they might have plans. Ensure to have all the necessary details about the owners the property like th eproper cond, the price, timeline and the reason for selling. I have also worked in a swedish manufacturing company for almost seven years has been assigned to different tasks mainly in purchasing department which I think has also cotributed a lot to to the skills I have right now. I was the one who negotiate the prices and terms for material procurement overseas thru phone and emails.
