Very Professional. Have tried recruiting testers in-house, and outsourced to a so called pro in Eastern Europe. Both options cost us more money and didn't get us the quality and flexibility of using TVO. Minor downside is the occasional language challenge, but this is manageable, as their work is of such a high standard, and they work autonomously. Will continue to use, tx Nga and Long!
