Hope? Not!
"Children are the hope of our nation." - Dr. Jose Rizal True, indeed! Children are the hope of our nation, if, only if, they will be molded upright and sent to educational institutions. But what about them? Cannot we consider them hope? Is it their fault that they cannot go to school and start being a hope of our nation? Do they have a choice for just staying on streets day and night waiting for help? We, as a fortunate human beings can be a hope to these children. We have the ability to turn their agonized lives into meaningful ones. Are we going to continuously close our eyes for them? I HOPE NOT! -Taken at Binondo, Manila, July 2010
