Influencing factors and individual differences driving m-learning
This study investigates students' awareness and perceptions of m-learning and examines the factors affecting students' behavioral intention to adopt m-learning, by using a modified research model that integrate technology acceptance model (perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (social influence) along with other factors (m-learning services and mobile limitations).
Students’ Attitude and Motivation Towards E-learning
This study investigates the impact of four learning approaches: face-to-face learning, blending learning, virtual classrooms and video streaming by students at Alquds Open University
Initial Suggestions for Supervising and Mentoring Undergraduate Student Projects
This paper presents the practical supervision in guiding students throughout the project development
Gamma Random Waypoint Mobility Model for Wireless Ad-hoc Networks
This paper proposes a modified RWP mobility model with a more precise distribution of the nodes’ speed. In the modified model, the speeds of nodes are sampled from gamma distribution.
An Improved Random Waypoint Mobility Model for Wireless Ad-hoc Networks
In this paper, we investigate the performance of RWP when the speed of nodes is sampled from a Gamma distribution
The Effect of Finite-Population on The Performance of IEEE 802.11 Ad-hoc Networks
In modeling ad-hoc networks, the assumption of infinite population is usually made. However, such models lead to deficiencies in the model, since they do not hold in real applications. Therefore, we model the random access single-hop wireless ad-hoc networks as closed-form M=M=1=N=N queuing networks.
The Performance of IEEE 802.11 RTS/CTS with Random Waypoint Mobility
In this paper, the IEEE 802.11 RTS/CTS handshake mechanism is implemented under fixed and mobile ad-hoc network scenarios. We examine the system performance in terms of throughput, delay and retransmission rate for various numbers of nodes in the simulated area.
The use of NACKs packets to improve throughput and delay in ieee 802.11 networks
In this paper, we implement and investigate the use of NACKs over the RTS/CTS handshake mechanism for single-hop wireless ad-hoc networks.
