As for the last 15 years I have been a Senior Developer and IT Manager designing, implementing and supported a number of national and global applications, using Lotus Domino 3.0 to 8.5, running on many types of system architecture. This experience covers web based / HR solutions to client / server applications over many locations / countries. These solutions outlined and resolved time management and risk analysis issues to the business needs contributed in HR benefits and costs savings to the business model through many documented procedures and SLA's. Having been a technical consultant for highprofile international companies I managed and rolled out technical solutions to many businesses, advised companies of their technical needs and goals, and help to reduce costs by redefining their IT infrastructure. I have been responsible creating the IT Departments introducing standards in software and hardware. Responsible for day to day running of all of IT servers, PC's & laptops, communications telephone networks, etc. Technical for 2nd/3rd line Support Engineer for all of the Windows Servers (NT4, 2000, XP, 2003/2008) & Active Directory including group policy management), LAN/WAN hardware, DSL / ASDL Routers and creating VPN connections through the firewall inc PC / Laptop configurations and new PC / Laptop / Server installations. Fully qualified administrator for Lotus Domino mail servers, internal & external mail filtering tools management. I have administrated and been a network infrastructure planner for Windows 2003/8 SQL servers, introduced new HR systems, video conferencing system linking all international sites such as Japan, US, China, Germany and Romania etc. Introduced antivirus solutions, document management solutions. Introduced and redesigned the network infrastructure. Developed applications for manufacturing for SaaS, PC / server and web clients using SQL, Lotus Domino 4.0 to 8.5.x Over these years I have trained high level engineers to strengthen their skills with Europe's leading computer seller. Developed some of the first online course applications ( IBM ) and recently to access an international insurance claims company through details analysis and to resolve software performance 64 GB limits and technical issues using Lotus Domino 7.02, Microsoft office, html, JavaScript, css, SQL. Etc. I have worked on a configurable web based quotation system, which is aimed at the motor industry. This system includes the product, insurance and finance quotes combined within one email. This quotation system also monitor any product discount or exchange rate beneficial to the customer and if the combined quote can be improved re-issues a new quote to the customer automatically. Plug-in to any website, so that any company can sell any product with the same workflow in place with no administration cost to the company My goal is to improve the business technically, strategically, creatively and to boost morale in IT.
