Jan ’08 – May’08 Prudential-UK (Offshore) 4Front Business application provides functionality for call centers of Prudential. This application was to be redesigned following SOA architecture Responsibilities included: Setting up support (QA/UAT) environments for application at offshore. 4. ALPS is an S3 application that uses GoalD database to store policy information. AIG has other applications besides ALPS that create new policies and they were manually keyed in GoalD database being the central repository to hold the policy booking information. GGB facilitates the auto booking of policies from other applications into GoalD database. Responsibilities: • Involved in Knowledge acquisition for GGB Project, to facilitate offshore team for further development and enhancements. • Analyzed and documented the complete technical and business architecture along with the framework involved. • Identified gaps in the application and suggested feasible solutions. • Involved in installation and configuration work in-coordination with configuration team to set-up new CM controlled GGB environments. February 2005 – November 2005 AIG- Dublin DM Web is a web-based policy administration system (AIG Intranet based) catering to A & H products. The A&H DM (Direct Marketing) Web application is intended for use by AIG/AIG A&H marketing teams and outside contractors or third party administrators (TPA’s) who are hired by AIG/AIG to provide customer service and support for A&H DM policies. DMWeb stands for Direct Marketing via Web and it is a web based policy administration system. Responsibilities: 1. Involved in low level designing of critical components, development and testing. 2. October-2004 – January-2005 Pfizer Inc, USA (Offshore) Global Learning & development (GL&D), a division of PGP, conducts structured training programs for Pfizer employees to develop job capabilities throughout their working career, by imparting knowledge and application expertise in relevant areas. September-2003 – Febraury-2004 CISCO Inc- USA (Offshore) The Product Approval Status Report specifies whether a product complies with regulatory requirements Responsibilities: • Designing and developing the components for the proposed application. • Involved in handling the change requests for the core components within the application. May-2003 – September-2003 CISCO Inc- USA (Offshore) This is the tool used by Cisco Supplier and Vendors for raising case against any issues pertaining to any of the IT-MFG tool services. This works as a support system for all other Manufacturing tools used by Cisco people. Responsibilities: • Designing and developing the components for the proposed application. • Involved in handling the change requests for the core components within the application. February-2001 – February-2003 Realspace Inc, USA Consumer Link is a venture product of Real Space Ltd. In association with Dynamic Software Solutions, PA, USA and is aimed to provide credit-reporting services for individuals. It makes financial profiles of individuals, available online. This is a heterogeneous system, which has services on the web on Solaris platform and the back office system is on Win NT. The Services part has been put on the Web.
