The CRM for Mercantile Communication Pvt. Ltd. has been build with following two extra things in the mind apart from other regular CRMs. 1. To merge the customers, clients of each and every department into a single database table such that the company can categorize the customers in the priority basis and serve accordingly. 2. Partial help in Employee performance Evaluation system as an incentive to employee for using the new system to track their customers. Finally as all other CRM system this too helps in maintaining good relationship with the customer and helps to declare the SLA( Service level Agreement ) for the company as whole.
