[login to view URL] ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES Product Design: Our experience with mechanical design and manufacturing enables us to assist in integrating all aspects of a project from conceptual design, to full production. As manufacturability is very important for any design, our hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry allows us to offer you designs that will be optimized for efficient production. Computer Aided Design and Development: We use the latest 2D drafting and 3D modeling software on a High-End workstation to develop and document designs of the highest quality and efficiency. Production Drawings: We can provide complete 2D and 3D drawings from conceptual thru final production phases, which can be used for development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing. In addition, we can import and export files of multiple formats. Communication and Collaboration: Communication is very important in any relationship; we have attempted to create a design environment where remote collaboration on projects is as smooth as possible. We have a high-speed fiber-optic Internet connection, attached to fast servers and workstations. Our dedicated file server allows clients instant access to their designs and “real time” project status. Remote collaboration on projects can be assisted by e-mail, phone and fax communication. Your designs can also be made available to you on CD for archiving. CNC and Rapid Prototyping Files: We can create CNC code used in manufacturing or prototyping by computer controlled machining equipment to assist in lowering your manufacturing costs. Our 3D solid modeling package can generate an .stl file format that can be used for rapid prototyping processes such as FDM, SLA and SLS. These processes allow for the rapid creation of accurate 3D models, which can substantially decrease the chances of missing design mistakes early in the development phase. Manufacturing Assistance: We can run manufacturability analyses on existing designs, provide manufacturing cost estimates, and locate a suitable manufacturer. We have personal experience with most types of machining and manufacturing processes: conventional and CNC milling, grinding, and turning, and EDM (electrical discharge machining).
