I am always to help you. And this can give you a trail for future. I always avoid those employers who starts a work with one objective but changes on the way. Even I always maintain the deadline after discussion but always avoid them who frequently change after starting of the project; simple reason is that I maintain schedule for timeliness. But in my experience I cab come across two disputes for above stated reason and can be avoided in future.
