CFD Simulation of Mixing of Two Liquids in a Catridge Heater
- Modeled 3D design of a cartridge heater and performed CFD analysis on the mixing of two liquids in the heater using free and opensource CFD software OpenFOAM. - Evaluated the time required for one liquid to replace the other liquid completely out of the heater. Calculated the volume fraction of the liquid at the end of each time period to evaluate the volume of liquid required to completely replace the other.
