My background includes serving as a teller for several different banks in the beginning of my career, and then mortgage sales for a couple of years after that. I then transitioned to different aspects of finance as well as moving into working with entertainment companies. I worked as an executive assistant and financial administrator to the VP of Corporate Finance as well as other assist two directors, and on occasion the SVP that worked with our department. I then worked with a commercial marketing department assisting with the AP managers and later I transitioned to three other high level entertainment companies in the areas of finance, conducting financial products as well as administrative work. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in the Microsoft Office Suite as well as pc and mac computer efficiencies. I have extensive experience in scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and many of the other duties that come along with being an assistant and I am confident that I can offer you the type of services that you are seeking.
