I've worked as a Customer Service Representative and Supervisor in a call center here in the Philippines for 5 years. I also have quite an extensive experience in tutoring English online; have worked with a company that provides branded entertainment applications to International mobile subscribers and am currently working from home doing general transcription. I guess the reason why I have always excelled in any field that I enter is because I have a natural instinct to please people.
