Responsibilities may include but not limited to: • System provisioning (Update, create, modify, delete ) • Activating Wimax account • Customers’ mandatory info update in CMS • Data allocation and validity extension. • MAC (Medium Access Control) change. • Smart card/ Pre-paid card top-up assistance. • Solving online tickets of call center/dealer • Receiving inbound calls for field support • Temporary deactivation/reactivation • Package change as per policy.
