I create automated processes for web or internet based applications and functions that require frequent and routine work/tasks. I don't charge for most development, only a monthly charge for running the custom process for you. You do not need any hardware or technical staff. I keep it updated for you as things change which is covered in the monthly fee. Monthly fee is determined on a per project basis. Most updates or changes are covered in the monthly fee, unless it is deemed a "new scope of work".
