My professional association with an ITES company started in May 2012, as a Sales Consultant. My initial induction consisted of a thorough de-briefing by the company’s CEO and the core areas of responsibility that came out from this discussion were: 1. Engage with and convert potential clients from North America to sales prospects 2. Set up end-to-end sales process within the company 3. Train sales team on the new process to help meet company’s sales objectives My performance resulted in generating significant revenue channels for the company. I had managed to successfully achieve the first Purchase Order within 50 days of joining, along with carrying out the necessary development and setup the end-to-end sales process. The next 3 months has seen me securing a booked business worth INR 3 million through the sole lead generation process of cold calling.
