Richard was previously employed by Central Manchester City Learning Centre (CLC) working as the ICT Technical Team Lead for their Primary School ICT support function. Richard held this position for 4 years and was the primary contact for the schools. He managed a team of four engineers and during this time Richard built up the function to have a known reputation for providing a quality service. Richard is competent in assessing what ICT infrastructure is needed, designing and implementing it. Projects include: Microsoft Exchange 2003 to 2007 Migrations, Spam Filtering, Citrix Remote Access, Internet Content Filtering, Self Repairing PCâ??s (software), Wireless Networks and Technical Consultancy for School Improvements. As well as experience in the Education sector, Richard has commercial experience working as an IT Manager for one of the biggest insurance companies in Europe, managing a team of 12 engineers and supporting 3,500 users and home workers. During this time Richard gained great experience and commercial business procedures and values. He now runs the Dub Group and his focus is providing fully manged business solutions.
