The right to access to justice is a fundamental right of every citizen and is also a crucial part of natural justice. Any efforts to improve this right need to be premised on empirical research so that any reform proposed has a strong foundation in reality and not just a perceived reality which is why this study also included the physical examination and perusal of the case files from the Target District in the Target Month.
