Ecosystem in Unity 3D
Ecosystem is the example of using AI techniques in Unity 3D game engine. It uses State Machines, behaviours ( obstacles avoidance, group behaviours, pursuing and evading and others ) and messages. In place of herbivores there are Lerpz ( actors from Unity examples ) and in place of carnivores there are spartan warriors. Animal have stamina, it constantly decreases and they must eat to restore it. When their stamina is high and they are adult already - they multiply. Bush plants are eaten by herbivores, when bush is eaten or defined period of time have passed - bush disappear. Periodically bush plants are spawned at random positions.
