My career starting with Morgan Stanley on the physical commodity desk. I worked as a desk associate supporting the various traders and deal originators. I was offered the opportunity to join Louis Dreyfus Highbridge (LDH) running the US Desk. While there I become involved in originating and structuring the acquisition of mid-stream assets. After LDH, I started the desk at Freepoint Commodities where I managed the risk for the domestic and global books. I was part of the merchant bank and responsible for originating financing deals. In this capacity, I guided my transactions from origination through the investment committee to execution. I was able to close to such transaction before I was offered to join New World Resources who had emerged from bankruptcy and was looking for new assets to invest in and optimize the current portfolio. I was successful in optimize their portfolio and developing trade finance that supported this function. In 2016 I was recruited by Legacy Hill Resources to develop a business strategy to acquire distressed assets in the United States. I am responsible for all of the marketing and business development related to this strategy. Also, I do all of the modeling and work with the group to optimize the financial structure of the business.
