In the last eight years, I worked in numerous global projects supporting different kinds of systems, most of them involving Linux/Unix based operating systems and databases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL and PostgreSQL) basic administration. To improve the quality of the support, many ideas and concepts of ITIL were adopted in these projects, which led me to obtain my ITIL v3 Foundation certificate. In order to get better results on the support activity, there were times where scripting and development knowledgment was necessary, so languages such as PERL, Shell Script, Java (Certified Programmer), Python and C are also part of my skill set. Also, I had the pleasure of being a professor for an year and a half, teaching Database Systems to groups of twenty five and thirty students. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for computers and technology.
