Usually many people (the government) to get what they want, use fear to take advantage of situations and to have control over others. With this illustration, I wanted to show a circumstance very common in childhood, the fear that we had to the monster that lives under the bed, as a "metaphor". Many had a brother or cousin who used our fears to take advantage.
