I have experiences working with MSP companies remotely for over three years now as Remote IT Support, Over three years in a Call Center Environment as Technical Support Engineer supporting internet connectivity issues from end user to the back end for hospitality industries, data center and webhosting company for two years and with a system integrator for almost a year. I am currently working from home part time for an MSP company or as needed basis and have another part time job with an ITSP company that provides hosted voip solution.
